COMPANY INFO & LEASING

1. Complete Leasing Form: Fill out our detailed leasing form, providing essential business information:

   • Business type and years in operation
   • Type of operation (physical location or online)
   • Proof of earnings and business (e.g., EIN)
   • Photos of your location (inside and out) or website approval
   • Sweepstakes experience and existing game systems

LEASE TERMS WITH QUICK QUOTE

1. • Supply Channel Quote: If your leasing form is complete, you’ll receive a lease quote from our supply channels.
   • Review Terms: The quote will include all associated terms and agreements.
   • Agreement: By clicking “I agree,” you accept the binding terms of the contract and quote.
   • Location Approval: All locations are reviewed for legal and radius compliance. Receiving a quote does not guarantee approval.

FINALIZE LEASE WITH SALES CALL

1. Sales Associate Call: A sales associate will contact you to finalize the agreement.
2. Finalized Leasing Form: You’ll receive a final leasing form for your signature, confirming your agreement to our software and/or hardware contracts.
3. Verification: You’ll be asked to provide a state ID or driver’s license for verification purposes.

GET APPROVED AND GO LIVE

1. Order Processing: Your order will be submitted to our supply channels for approval.
2. Approval Time: Approval can take 1-3 days (or 7-14 days during high volume). We’ll keep you updated.
3. Manufacturing & Delivery: Once approved, your order will be manufactured, shipped, or set up (depending on the product). Delivery times range from 1 day to 3 weeks.

SHIPPING & INSTALL

1. Free Shipping & Installation: We offer free shipping, handling, and installation on most leasing products.
2. Fees: Cancellation or return shipping fees may apply. Breach of contract returns may also incur charges. Charges may apply to non-leased items, and digital products may have processing and chargeback fees.

3. Weekly Invoice: You’ll receive a weekly invoice for your agreed profit-sharing payment, due every Friday by 5 PM Eastern.

CANCELLATION POLICY & BREACH OF CONTRACT

1. Cancellation: You may cancel anytime, but review our cancellation policy first.
2. Responsibility: You’ll be responsible for acquired costs and return charges.
3. 30-Day Policy: Do not order if you plan to return products within 30 days.
4. Profit Time: Understand that earning profits takes time, depending on factors like location and traffic.
5. Breach of Contract: Breach of contract will result in cancellation fees and policy enforcement. Equipment/software must be returned in good condition, or damage charges may apply.
